Orange Cycle Parts offers a 30 day return policy for all items. You may return within 30 days of purchase when in its original condition. Please note the customer pays the return postage. We ONLY ship USPS 1st class mail, Priority mail, or Parcel Post at our discretion.

Returns must be in the exact same condition as received.
Return authorization required for all returns.
Return authorization request must be received within 14 days of purchase.
Items returned without authorization will be refused.
Returns must be received by us within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returns due to our error or on products that are defective from the manufacturer will gladly be returned or exchanged without a restocking fee.
Original shipping is not reimbursed. If the item shipped free, the amount of the original shipping will be withheld from the refund.
If the item is returned to us damaged or if the packaging is damaged, we will refund 50% of the purchase price of the item.
20% restocking fee is applied to all returns unless the item received is not what was described.
