On-Point Performance Stunt Oil Pick Up for 2009-2021 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R/ 636

Description

Anyone who is stunting a 2009-2021 Kawasaki ZX6R/ 636 should run the On-Point Performance Oil Pick-Up on their motorcycle. When you look at the oil pick-up's position and how it works on your bike, it's obvious that the motor will starve for oil during stunts like long wheelies or bar tricks. It took us blowing several Kawasaki motors to realize this and design a solution. You can over fill your oil to help, but that causes other problems like blowing seals and causing extra crank drag.
For this low price there is no reason not to run the On-Point Performance Oil Pick-Up on your 2009-2021 Kawasaki ZX6R
Here is how you install it:
1. Remove the side fairings, radiator, and header
2. Drain the oil and remove the oil pan
3. Remove the gasket and put silicon (we recommend Honda 4 semi drying silicon) around the motor and oil pan. Or you can leave the gasket in place and purchase another gasket from the dealer to use in between oil pan and On-Point Oil Pick Up. Then insert the On-Point Oil Pick Up into positon. Reinstall the oil pan.
As you can see, this creates a pool of oil around the pick up during wheelies so that you will not run dry. Without it, all the oil moves to other parts of the engine and transmission leaving the pick up sucking air and causing oil starvation
