This is our own timeshare that we will not be able to use next year. It is a deluxe ocean view, so it is the best room available! Gorgeous views of the ocean and sooo much room! Can't get better than this view, it is amazing! Please email for any questions and I will be happy to answer! After payment is received through Ebay I will contact you and change the reservation to your name and give you the details and reservation number. You will use a guest certificate through our current reservation.
Google Kaanapali Beach Club to find additional photos. We have owned this for many years and for health reasons we are trying to sell the week this year. Check in is at 4:00 p.m. check out is at 10:00 a.m. You can check out the morning you fly out and use the facilities and pool until you leave. We always catch a late flight out. It is about a 45 minute drive from the airport. There is a shuttle to Lahaina for lots of shopping and a grocery store within walking distance. There is also a beach walk down to Whalers which is great. The pool at the timeshare is fabulous, one acre and we have never had trouble getting a lounge chair like some resorts. Plenty of free underground parking, you don't have to use the valet if you don't want to tip. Pool bar with food and restaurant also. You DO NOT have to go to any timeshare presentation. We have been here numerous times and have done most activities so please ask if you have questions!!
The room is a King master / Bathroom with Tub and Walk in Shower - His and Her Bathroom Vanities- Sleeps 4 (can ask for roll away also) - Kitchenette with Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffeemaker, Toaster, and necessary kitchen utensils. Since there is no stove/oven a double burner stove top is available upon request. There is also a Kitchen Table with 4 chairs.
There is a state imposed occupancy tax currently @ per night collected at check out and a 0 security deposit due at check in which is fully refundable at check out (less any incidentals). You must be at least 21 years old to rent at this resort and the person named on the guest certificate must present a photo I.D and credit card at check in.

A guest confirmation is required. Guest Confirmation is issued via e-mail after payment is received. I will call and put the reservation in your name. I will email the confirmation to your email. A credit card deposit will be required upon check-in. Refundable at Check out. In the case of unexpected disaster to the assigned suite the resort reserves the right to assign a different suite of the same type and occupancy as confirmed with this confirmation.
