Yes....Stay in the FantaSea Resorts.  FantaSea Resorts is directly on the Boardwalk and Atlantic Ocean..... bring your family....up to 4 adults.  An additional 2 family members are possible.
Our Time Share is in the Atlantic Palace, one of the three Boardwalk Resorts. The Atlantic Palace is a 31 story, ocean front resort.  The lobby opens directly on the Atlantic City Boardwalk.
Lots of great events scheduled in Atlantic City for Labor Day and the entire week! Close to the Playground Pier, the
Steel Pier and of course the Casinos.
Typically 8/day.  Please....price other facilities directly on the Boardwalk with convenient access to the Ocean beach. Again, up to 4 adults. An additional 2 family members are possible.
We pay all State taxes, Local taxes and fees for this unit. Stay at another hotel and you pay these taxes and fees. Free parking on site for one vehicle.
The Suite is our Timeshare and is part of FantaSea Resorts in the Atlantic Palace...located at the corner of New York Ave and the Boardwalk.  Search for 1507 Boardwalk for directions to the exact location.
Again....The Resort lobby opens directly onto the famous Atlantic City Boardwalk and the Atlantic Ocean beach.
Suites have views either of the Ocean or the Atlantic City skyline (beautiful at night!). Our suite is a Deluxe Studio, two queens in the separate bedroom with a pullout queen sofa in the living room.
The large game room features the latest video games for the kids. A well equipped fitness room is available.
A roof top pool is available thru Labor Day.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, etc. The suite has a 'Jacuzzi' tub and flat screen TV.
Parking adjacent to the hotel is FREE...for one vehicle. This is a non-smoking suite.
A refundable deposit or a credit card is required at check-in...for unique charges...like the room bar, resort phone, room service for meals. There are no extra charges or fees and your deposit is refunded at checkout...IF you don't use these services.
We are the owner's of this Timeshare. The reservation for this week is in our name and confirmed! Contact us via email (preferred) or text.
Here is how it's done. We will reserve the suite in your name, send you the confirmation number, you confirm with resort that your name is on the reservation and then pay us using PayPal or similar safe method.
If we don't receive payment one week before check in, we cancel the reservation.
