Wyndham Towers on the Grove Oceanview Condo Sat-Sat 7/17/2021-7/24/2021 sleeps 4. A beautiful week at the beach. Ocean view from a King size bed, full kitchen, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, and cookware provided.  One bedroom/ one bath and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Dinette for 4 people, and balcony. Sheets, towels, beach towels, and bath towels all provided in this fantastic location. The resort also has outdoor grills, pool, hot tub, lazy river, water slide, beach, fitness center and activities for all. The historic Cherry Grove pier is a few blocks away for fishing or just loafing. My husband and I can not go this week.  This will be a good deal, because there will not be any added costs, no sales tax, no lodging tax, and no cleaning fees..  The condo is currently in my name.  When purchased I will make arrangements to have the guest certificate sent to you by email.  You must be 21 years of age or older in order to check in, and have a photo ID and a credit card for incidental room charges. The resort will need your name, address, and email.  The Wyndham resorts are beautiful. No need to be a timeshare owner, no need to go to any presentation.  The unit will be in your name The earliest check in time is at typically 4pm on the 17th of July 2021 and check out 10:00 am on the 24th, you may check in during this time at your convenience.  Damage or pilfering is the responsibility of the guest. No pets allowed. The resort has a Non-Smoking policy in the units and buildings.  Cancellations are not permitted.  The pictures do not necessarily depict the specific unit.  Once guest certificate has been added it will cost to change the name/information of the guest checking in and we would have to collect the dollars from the customer.  The resort has the right to enforce occupancy levels and check out times.
